Return Policy
| The following is our current return policy:
Apex Unlimited is proud to offer only the highest quality tools & equipment in the industry.
To this end, rest assured that if an item you order is defective or not working correctly Apex Unlimited will gladly replace or ensure suitable repairs to the item to make sure the product you ordered is in excellent working order.
Items eligible for return/exchange are solely items that have been determined that an error in ordering/fulfilling the order for the actual product has been made by Apex Unlimited.com and the wrong item was sent, or that the item is defective on the time of receipt whereby we will gladly repair or replace the item.

In this section you will find our return policy on: Items not eligible for returns, order dicrepancies, items that are defective or not working on receipt of order and more. Please read our return policy carefully.
No returns on discontinued or obsolete items.
Surface cleaners and pressure washers & long wands: We do not offer returns on pressure washers, surface cleaners or long wands. Please be assured, though, that in the rare instance that your surface cleaner or pressure washer is not working correctly for some reason upon receiving it, we will gladly repair or replace any defective parts as outlined below (under the heading "Defective Items") to ensure that your purchase is in fine working order.
Due to the thousands of potential fittings/adaptors & pressure washers, it is the customers responsibility to make sure the longwand, surface cleaner or other accessory purchased will work with your pressure washer or hose. The items we carry use industry standard fittings and are adaptable to most standard 3/8" & 22mm pressure washer fittings. Due to the above reasons we do not offer support or returns for item(s) purchased that do not adapt to your hose, pressure washer or other setup. Discrepancies:
Items eligible for return are solely items that have been determined that an error in ordering/fulfilling the order for the actual product has been made by Apex Unlimited.com and the wrong item was sent.
Claims for discrepancies in shipment must be made within 3 business days of receipt of merchandise. Returns that are not deemed to be the error of Apex Unlimited.com are not eligible for returns. For example, defective merchandise covered under the manufacturers warranty, or the wrong part ordered by the customer. Our policy for defective merchandise is lower down on this page.
If you find that the wrong item has been shipped to you then:
1. Please contact us within 3 business days of receipt of the item.
2. We will follow up on your order and return your email promptly. We will then issue you a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. This number must accompany all return shipments. Returns that are not received within 15 days of our issuing a RGA number are non-returnable.
Defective items:
In the rare instance that one of our quality products is defective, Apex Unlimited.com should be emailed within 3 business days of receipt of item if an item is not working upon receipt of order. Apex Unlimited.com will investigate the claim and reserves the right to repair or replace the defective part of the item to ensure proper working of the item or product purchased if deemed neccessary , not simply to replace the entire item. 7 business days after Apex Unlimited.com has arrainged replacement parts/repair for a defective item all other issues regarding your item are to be handled through your manufacturers warranty.
Condition of Return / Return Shipping Info:
To be eligible for return, items must be unused, undamaged, suitable for resale (showing no signs of alteration or use) and in their original packaging. All manuals, parts and accessories must be included and must be in the condition mentioned above. No returns on equipment that has had gas or oil in it. Please be sure to inspect your items carefully immediately upon receiving them.
All return shipments must be prepaid by customer. If the return is because of an error in shipping the wrong part by Apex Unlimited.com we will repay the customer for any reasonable shipping charges and credit the customer with the amount paid for the item after receiving it back and inspecting it. We do not accept C.O.D. return shipments, return to sender or anything or of this sort.
Any defective product or products that need service and that are under warranty must be taken to a warranty center or the manufacturer contacted as a warranty issue on the particular product. The manufacturer(s) are listed in your manual.
Items that the shipping company are not able to deliver due to no fault on our part are subject to return shipping charges and the customer is responsible for all reshipment charges.
You can cancel your order anytime before it ships without penalty. If you want to cancel your order after it has shipped, you will be responsible for return shipping costs and will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
