Free Shipping Policy
| Our Free Shipping Policy
Free Shipping is included in the sale price for all of our items. It is only for UPS Ground, FedEx shipments and items that ship to a business address via freightliner/common carrier to any of the lower 48 states.
Note: The following locations are not included in free shipping: Alaska & Hawaii (at this time we do not ship to Puerto Rico, or any other location or territories outside the U.S.)
Shipments to Hawaii & Alaska: If you live in Hawaii or Alaska and are interested in a product, please email us the shipping address and the item(s) and quantities you are interested in purchasing before you order so that we can email you an estimate of how much extra it will cost to ship these items to you. After receiving your shipping estimate, you may then order online and we will add the shipping charges we quoted to your order when it ships out. Our email address: orders@apex-unlimited.com.
For items is to be shipped by freight (semi truck or other freightliner) free shipping is to a business address only. Other options such as shipment to a residential address, liftgate service, very rural addresses or any other special requests for shipment are extra. If you need your item shipped to a residential address or need liftgate service, please contact us BEFORE you place your order. We will then contact you before we ship the items and let you know of the additional charges before we ship. Failure to do this can result in additional shipping charges being added to your order.
Simply email us with your desired item’s item number and the shipping address. Also include whether it needs to ship to a residential address or you need liftgate service and we will be happy to give you a free quote on shipping charges.
