Damaged, Lost or Short Shipments
| Please check your order as soon as you recieve it for damaged or short shipments. If the order is either damaged or short, then it must be noted at the time of delivery with the carrier responsible or called in to the individual carrier within a 24 hour period, then it is suggested that you ask for claim filing information and instructions from them. Please save all original packing materials and/or boxes because they must be made available for inspection in order for a damage claim from you to be considered by the shipper.
