UPS, FedEx Shipping Policy Information
| Standard Shipping Policy:
Orders received by Apex Unlimited.com are typically sent by UPS Ground or FedEx. Please refer to the individual product you are purchasing for shipping times. Standard Shipping typically takes on average between 2-12 business days depending on your location, but some items are shipped out the same day.
Delivery
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, generally between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. Orders that need to be drop shipped directly from the manufacturer may take longer to arrive, so though items may be ordered together they may not arrive in the same package or on the same day. Note Most shipments will ship via UPS Ground or FedEx unless otherwise stated in product description.
UPS/FedEx Shipments:
IMPORTANT - Inspect all packages BEFORE YOU SIGN. Note on the delivery receipt any obvious damage or notify the driver if present at the time of delivery. Failure to do so will result in you or your company being liable for the damaged merchandise. We cannot assist you in working out a settlement with UPS or FedEx unless they are immediately notified of the damage. If you suspect internal damage OPEN IMMEDIATELY! Call UPS immediately at 1-800-742-5877, FedEx at 1.800.Go.FedEx(1.800.463.3339) to file a damage claim upon delivery of any noticeable damage. Even if no damaged goods are suspected, open the carton(s) within 24 hours and make a thorough inspection. Hold all damaged goods and their packaging materials for inspection by UPS/FedEx and call them at to file a damage claim.
Note: If the customer returns the item(s) for any reason except that it is defective, customer is responsible for outgoing UPS charges as well as return UPS/FedEx charges.
